Michael found out exactly what I wanted and emailed me all the properties he thought I might be interested in. I did end up buying one that he sent me. It saved both of us a lot of time and was a very efficient way of presenting properties. I have to mention, it was a very stressful time for me, as I was selling a house in Florida and buying one in Maine. The paperwork was overwhelming. Michael in his very calm manner got me through it. This is a real estate agent that really cares about his customers.
