Rachel was the voice of calm and reason during this very stressful time in our lives. She guided us through each step and represented out interests fully. Rachel agreed to be at our house for all showings which was very much appreciated by us and one of the reasons we chose her. She was responsive to phone calls and emails. Her knowledge and thoroughness even saved us some additional money at the closing.
