The city of South Portland is a coastal community located just south of Portland, Maine. “The western half of South Portland hosts commercial, industrial and advanced technology property and the eastern half of this Greater Portland community sports a community college, beach area, several parks, one of Maine’s largest marinas, municipal boat ramp, maritime museum, and the second busiest oil port on the entire East Coast.” It is home to the Maine Mall along with many other shops and restaurants and residents of many of the Greater Portland cities visit this area for shopping and dining out.
