It was more than satisfactory. I don’t have the experience in buying homes, but would rate this very high. There were obstacles to get over and Rachel did everything she could to help get over them. She made it a very easy process and I’m very appreciative of the effort she showed in helping me find the right home. Rachel made the overall experience as easy and stress free as possible, despite the loan process doing the exact opposite. Thanks again Rachel.
