We were not first time home builders or buyers and my experience with Michael Schuler was simply outstanding. My wife and I were looking to downsize to a smaller home in a very limited geographical area. Michael worked with us on a very personal basis and helped us to understand what we really wanted. Hew was so patient with us as we looked at new homes and finally made a decision to build a home. Michael is knowledgeable and always available. He would always show up on short notice and take us to see potential homes and/or join us for meetings with contractors. It was his local area knowledge that really helped us to decide to build again in the location best suited to our lifestyle and needs. We simply could not have done this without him. He prepared us well for the sale of our home and it sold for our asking price at the first open house. It has been our pleasure to work with Michael Schuler and we highly recommend him.
