Courtney has lived in the Greater Portland area for most of her life. She graduated from Bonny Eagle High School and holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Education from the University of Southern Maine. She lives in Gorham with her husband Patrick and two young children, Finnegan and Eliza.
Courtney has been a full time real estate agent for the past 5 years. She has worked with several types of home owners from investors to first time homebuyers. She was granted Rookie of the Year award in her previous office for her production her first full year in the business, and has received several Top Producer awards since. New to Portland's Choice Realty in 2010, she is excited to be part of a great team and is looking forward to continuing to meet and exceed her clients expectations of an agent during their Real Estate transactions.

I have always been on a career path that would allow me to work with and help people.Starting out with wanting to become a Teacher and Social Worker and eventually evolving into helping folks in a different way. A Real Estate purchase or sale is a very personal decision. Whether it's personal in the sense that you live in the home or personal because you are buying or selling for financial benefit, it's still a big decision. I love meeting new people, learning new things and helping folks during the process. I have lots of experience with all types of buyers and sellers and each one along the way has assisted in making me a better agent. My job as property expert, negotiator, legal advisor, counselor and teacher in each Real Estate transaction is very fulfilling. I have made clients for life. I plan to be in this business for a long time."
